Hang out at the v-ball court next to the Hard Rock Cafe on Ali'i Drive in Kona. In the evening there are always folks getting a game together and you might meet some friends - both tourists and locals.

During the day, if you can afford it or the folks are paying do some of the activities - there are activities booths all over that will point you to something you'll think is fun.

definately head over to Volcano park and hike up to the lava.

It is an experience you will never forget. I recommend, however, only going to the first hotspot that you see. Do not continue any further. In March of this year we hiked all the way to the steam plume (where the lava enters the ocean), and then got stuck in the middle of an active lava field on the way back. It took us several hours to get out and our shoes were melting. Enjoy the lava from a distance.

It could not be done as there is not enough supply of these coffees for the present quantity of beans that Starbucks uses.
(I'm assuming using those beans exclusively).

Create a video blog...instantly.

Yep, you can switch frames if you want to. Depending on what frame you choose, you may have an easy switch-over, or you may need to swap several parts. Look for one that is the same style as what you have (xc, for example). You're more likely to have a smooth transition if you do it that way.

Up front, the seatpost is the most likely thing that you'll need to change unless the new frame just happens to have the same size. Less commonly, you may need to change the front derailleur (or use clamp adaptors), the headset, the bottom bracket, and possibly the fork. The fork depends on whether or not you have enough length on your old steerer tube to match up with the new frame's head tube length and your preferred stem setup (spacers, etc). You'll more than likely need new brake and gear cable housing, too, but not always.

If you narrow down your choices, post up again and we might be able to give you some more specific details. Hope this helps some. :o)

They wouldn't need to charge anymore. They are already price gouging like crazy. I paid $20 online for 2 bags of coffee sent directly from a Panamanian company (Duran) and it cost me $4 less, even with shipping, to buy that than Starbucks Panamanian coffee.

Kona and GFisher make good frames.
They do not make parts.
They both offer a good parts selection on thier bikes.
If one of the two has parts on it labeled as thiers then someone else made it for them.
If you are buying a bike used and older then the Kona may have Curve components on them. They made alot of good stuff, great brake levers.[For non-v cantilever brakes]
The old Kona headsets worked great but broke too frequently when not maintained and tightened properly.
Again, they both make good frames, but both Gary Fisher and Kona are most renound for thier steel frames.
I must also add to that the old Kona project two rigid forks are still sought out by rigid riders as they are awesome. The Kona titanium fork is my goal in life to own.

To my knowledge GFisher and Kona have never made a bad bike.
Over the years though,a few bad shocks have been offered in thier full suspension line.

Rosetta, on this, it's now a black and white answer.

Both brands generary deliver good bikes. Kona bikes will, in my opinion, widstand more abuse than the GF, but that's just a guess and probably not a concern for you.

What I would look at is geometry and how you feel on both bikes. Gary Fisher has it's own take on how a geometry should be. For some people, it might feel spot on, but for others not that good.

If I were you, I would try to ride both bikes and see how they feel. I think that both brands can be good options, just try them before deciding on one.

Most companies charge the underage fee to anyone under 25. The only exceptions that I know of would be a federal government employee, USAA member (with some companies) and if the company that you work for has a corporate account with the car rental company and have arranged for the underage fee to be waived for their employees. Hope this helps!

kona is way better. if u dont do any jumping than you should get any of the dawgs. if you want some jumping get any of the coilairs. both of these bikes are full suspention. if u want only front suspention the caldera, cinder cone, and the deluxe.from $1000 to $5000 USD

if you r a women...its pretty much the same i guess
