Ok so my family and I are going to hawaii over winter break of 2009. Which is better, Kona (around Kahului Bay) or Kauai (Shipwreck Beach area)? My sister and I have never been, I am 15 and she is 17, and we want to snorkle, scuba dive, maybe windsurf or other fun things (and also tan and swim), but a nightlife may be nice too.
