How can I arrange a dinner on the beach for my parent’s wedding reception in Kona, HI?

My parents are re-marrying in Kona and I want to give them a surprise reception by having dinner on the beach at sunset after their ceremony with just our family. I have checked into places, but so far, no one has given me any advice or responded to how I can arrange this. Any suggestions? We aren’t staying in a hotel, we are staying in a private condo up in the hills.

you may want to contact a few of the restaurants or tiki bars, etc on the beach in kona and ask if it is possible to reserve it for the night, or if they have a party room that you can reserve. some restaurants wil gladly reserve the restaurant on weeknights for a large crowd, when they know they will be spending large amounts on food and alcohol. or maybe find some venues on the beach that will allow a caterer…try consulting with a travel agent.

Ask around in posh shops or reastuants or even Hotels to see which are the best reasturants on the beaches around there
Maby ring up a posh resturant with live music and ask them to play one of your mums/dads favourite songs? and book this a long time before this seremony…good luck
