What is the recipe for Kona Grill’s sweet chili sauce?
Incanus_ asked:
Have been there a dozen times and still can’t get enough of it. Would like to try it on other seafood like scallops, but need to know how to make it.

We’ve fallen in love with it too………if you have a well stocked Asian section in your grocery or have an Asian market in your local, it’s available there…..and it’s called exactly that……sweet chili sauce for spring rolls…….I usually buy 4 or 5 bottles when I go to our closest Asian market. Even though it’s really made for dipping spring rolls, egg rolls, dim sum and the like, it also makes a killer topping or marinade for chicken, fish, shellfish (scallops in your case) or pork………..I also add a good dollop to ALL my stirfrys just before serving and let it get heated through…..makes an amazing flavor…….Good luck!!!
